Check-out must be done by 12:00.

 

My flight arrives very early - is it possible to check in before 3 pm?

Free early check-in is subject to availability and can only be confirmed 24 hours before arrival. If you want to guarantee the possibility of early check-in, you will need to book the night before arrival.

 

I would like to take advantage of the check-out day at Casa dos Mercados. It's possible?

Free late check-out is subject to availability. We will only be able to confirm the possibility in the morning of the day of departure. If you want to guarantee late check-out, you must book that night.

However, if you wish, we can store your bags and you can continue to use the outdoor area and swimming pools at Casa dos Mercados.

 

I want to take advantage of the departure day and walk around the city - can you store my bags?

Sure! You can safely leave your bags with us and enjoy the last moments of your holiday without any worries.

 

I didn't rent a car. What is the best way to get to/from the airport?

We'll be happy to book a transfer to take you to and from the airport - we'll just need your flight details and arrival time.

 

Is breakfast included in the rate?

Yes, breakfast is included in all rates.

 

Is there free wifi at Casa dos Mercados?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the building - indoors and outdoors.

 

Is there room service service?

Casa dos Mercados does not have room service.

 

Can the shared dining area be used for cooking or storing food in the fridge?

It is not allowed to use the dining area for cooking. The coffee machine is available 24 hours a day.

It is also not allowed to use the refrigerator to store personal food items. Each suite has a mini-fridge that can be used for this purpose.

Are children allowed?

Children are welcome at Casa dos Mercados. It is possible to add a crib in some of the suites. Extra beds are not available.

 

Is there a reception at Casa dos Mercados?

Casa dos Mercados has no reception. We adopted the self check-in system - an access code will be provided to each guest.

Is there private parking?

Not. There are several parking areas nearby, both paid and free. We can show you the best areas to park.
